Shropshire Mental Health Support hosts a mental health Calmer Café specifically designed for people who are struggling with their mental health, who need a safe place to talk, receive support and be amongst others. This service is available at the Senior Citizens Club in Oswestry each Thursday, between 4pm and 7pm, and attendance is strictly by appointment only.
