My setting is based on one floor, ensuring all areas are accessible, including toilet and washing facilities. So not to exclude anyone with difficulties, including parents and guests. All rooms available to the children are large enough to enable them to socialise, express themselves and learn without any restrictions.Finally the most unique asset to my setting is the large garden containing a playroom. this allows the children to independently select toys of their own choosing, whilst learning how to share, take turns and play with their peers. The Garden in my setting is completely enclosed, deterring access to outsiders, therefore ensuring the safety of the children. Within my setting, I make sure I have provisions in place to support children with special edcuational needs or disabilities. To do this I assess the child’s development within the guidelines. I also communicate with the parents.
