A small number of people with sight problems formed the Telford Visually Impaired Group in 2007. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 1pm at Meeting Point House. The aim of the group is to provide a meeting point to improve the lives of all visually impaired people living or working in West Telford. A wide range of activities include open meetings with talks, outings, and other fun events. The group has both young and senior members, and they welcome both VIPs and their partners.
