Switchboard is the national LGBTQIA+ support line, available for anyone, anywhere in the country, at any point in their journey. You can discuss anything related to sexuality and gender identity, whether it’s sexual health, relationships, or just the way you’re feeling, Switchboard is there to listen and provide you space to freely talk. All volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+ and know how difficult navigating some of these issues can be. The support line is completely free, and is available via phone, chat or email every day, from 10am to 10pm.
