Tai Chi is an ancient and effective Chinese approach to physical and mental health. The aim is to relieve stress and stay fit at the same time. Friendly and relaxed classes, suitable for all ages and requiring no special equipment or clothing, are held at the Beacon Community Centre in Market Drayton on Mondays, as follows: 5pm to 6.00pm: Yang style 24 form and Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin 6.15pm to 7.45pm: Yang style 16 sword form and 88 form Fighting techniques are not taught and no physical contact is involved.
