The Gardens Open programme offers visitors (and dogs at some gardens) the chance to visit private gardens and village trails who open for the Shropshire Historic Churches Trust (SHCT). A variety of lovely gardens, as well as plants stalls, and the churches will be open, with refreshments available. The proceeds are shared equally between the local church and the SHCT which raises funds for the repair and restoration of churches and chapels in Shropshire.
