All appointments need to be booked by contacting the Audiology Department by email, text or phone (they are no longer operating any drop-in repair clinics). The Audiology Department continue to provide a postal hearing aid repair service for their patients. If you post your hearing aids to the department for a service or repair, please include a note with your name, address, contact number and details of any fault(s). They recommend that you get the package weighed, so that the correct postage costs are paid. There are drop off repair boxes in Outpatients at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Princess Royal Hospital, which needs full details as above, to enable your aids to be sent back promptly.
