Kinnerley Primary school is a friendly school offering high quality education to children 2-11 years old, working in close partnership with parents and the community. We have 4 owl themed classes and a Nursery and Reception class. We strive to be a happy and nurturing ambitious school for families from the local community and further afield. Kinnerley is a well-resourced school, situated in extensive grounds and green space, where we share a love of outdoor learning. We have a breakfast club that runs daily from 8am until 8.45am and an after-school provision on Tuesday and Wednesdays until 4.30pm with interest clubs on Mondays and Thursdays. We are part of The Westcliffe Federation, and were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our inspection. We have a fantastic Early Years Provision Owlets for Nursery and reception aged children which is inviting and stimulating. We have a fantastic indoor and outdoor area where children can explore and investigate. There is an adventure play area where the children can climb and balance. We provide exciting and engaging tasks for the children to complete. We follow the children’s interests and use these to develop their skills and understanding. At Kinnerley we understand that all children are special in their own way. They all deserve to be nurtured and inspired to love learning. We also run a stay and play group for children 0-5 years who are not yet in school along with their parent/carer. this takes place on a Friday 9am – 10.30am during term time and costs £2.00 per child.
