Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised care and support to put young people in the best possible place, physically, mentally and emotionally, for their cancer treatment and beyond. Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 are diagnosed with cancer in the UK. Teenage Cancer Trust supports three Teenage and Young Adult units in the West Midlands: Birmingham Childrens Hospital Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham and provides Teenage Cancer Trust funded expert staff at hospitals around the Midlands. The charity also provides support networks and events so that young people can access age-appropriate information and peer support. For more information, please follow the link to visit the website.
