Oswestry Qigong offer Tai Chi classes for all levels.Tai Chi is an ancient and effective Chinese approach to physical and mental health. The aim is to relieve stress and stay fit at the same time.Two sessions take place at Open Space Studios each Friday, from 11am to 12noon and 12.15pm to 1.15pm, in six week blocks during term-time.
