TSTC Disability Trampolining specialise in providing expert therapeutic coaching for adults with a range of disabilities at Shrewsbury Sports Village in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.Their team of five experienced British Gymnastics trampoline coaches use a 1:1 person centred approach to build a rapport with the clients they are working with, thus developing trust. This enables them, using the unique properties of the trampoline, to improve well-being and fitness, promote choices and independent movements where possible, whilst always having FUN!
