Mental health services in the Bridgnorth area are provided by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). MPFT is an integrated organisation that provides physical and mental health, learning disabilities and adult social care services. An Access team provides a single point of contact for all the Trust’s adult mental health services, including people with dementia. The team provide advice and guidance to individuals, carers and partners, and the ability to book an appropriate appointment. Please do not visit their services without making an appointment.
