The Cavalier Centre is a fully accessible state of the art equestrian facility located just outside Much Wenlock, in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. The centre offers inclusive horse-based activities such as riding, carriage driving, vaulting (gymnastics on horseback), hippotherapy (physio on horseback) and horse care, all supported by a wonderful army of volunteers. It also has a range of other programmes and activities that help people develop life skills, emotional intelligence and wellbeing. RDA Riding – Fun lessons for all abilities with the opportunity for progression or simply to enjoy the benefits of equine time. Carriage Driving – Specially designed accessible carriages including wheelchair use providing an equine experience for everyone. Horse Care Sessions – Open to all, fun and friendly sessions learning how to care for the horses. Quiet Time with a Pony – Tailored to specific needs an opportunity to spend sensory time with a pony. Vaulting – Vaulting is a fun physical activity which is great for balance and fitness.
