Shropshire Carers is a free to access service which offers a wide range of resources designed to improve family and unpaid carers’ quality of life. As an unpaid carer it can be difficult to know where to find information that is current and, importantly, correct. Shropshire Carers offer a mechanism for sharing important information to unpaid carers quickly via their Carers’ Register, which holds carers’ names, contact details, preferred method of contact, and the main condition of the person being cared for, so that they can share information relevant to you, the carer, and in a way that suits you best. By joining the Carers’ Register you will receive: a Carer’s ID Card; information on how to complete an Emergency Plan; access to a free 5-part email course provided by Mobilise; details of news and events. For more information, please follow the link to visit their website, or call the Shropshire Carers support line on the number provided.
