Shropshire Mental Health Support (MHS) hosts a mental health Calmer Café specifically designed for people who are struggling with their mental health, who need a safe place to talk, receive support and be amongst others. This service is available at Observer House in Shrewsbury each Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between 5.30pm and 9.30pm, and attendance is strictly by appointment only.
