Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) is an international, not-for-profit charity for young people and schools. Their aim is to improve the lives of a generation of children and young people by making a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and wellbeing. Paws b and .b are programmes for young people aged 7-18, which are delivered in the classroom or in other small groups within youth-related settings. MiSP delivers a toolkit that can anchor a child for life, rather than a quick fix they forget just as fast as they learnt it. They help you bring mindfulness to your school; supporting you with developing your own mindfulness practice first, training you to teach mindfulness to young people and then potentially developing a culture shift in your school’s approach to children’s mental health and wellbeing.
