The WaterSure scheme is a capped charge. It is intended to help customers who pay for their water charges via a water meter who experience difficulties as a result of high water usage or low income. If a member of your household is in receipt of benefits and has a medical condition that makes you use more water, or you are in receipt of benefits and have three or more children under the age of 19, then you may be able to apply for this scheme.
