The Florence Nightingale Aid in Sickness Trust provides grants to help people in need who are ill, convalescent or disabled. What we do: These are used to provide medical and household aids that make a huge difference to people’s ability to manage at home and live as independently as possible Currently we are considering all requests for funding for people of all ages who are sick, in poor health or disabled and require medical items and services to improve their quality of life We help with: convalescent care, respite care, medical and other aids e.g. – nebulisers, Tens machines, recliner chairs, electric beds orthopaedic mattresses, mobile hoists, neater eater feeding aids, sensory equipment, communication aids i.e. lightwriters specialist software Through written application by health Social Services or charity organisation How we can help – a list of things grants can be approved for, How We Can Help How to apply How To Apply Referral Required?
