Bipolar UK Support Group (Wrexham) is one of a number of free Bipolar UK support groups open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and loved ones. The format of the meetings varies, but you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, say how you are feeling using the Bipolar UK mood scale, and may listen to an invited speaker. The groups are organised and facilitated by volunteers who are affected by bipolar in some way.If you don’t have a confirmed diagnosis and want to find out about bipolar, and related conditions such as cyclothymia, you are also welcome to attend. The Wrexham Support Group meets online on the first Thursday of each month, from 5pm to 6pm, and anyone aged over 18 is welcome to attend (16 or 17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). For more information, please follow the link to visit the Wrexham Support Group page on the Bipolar UK website. 0333 323 3880 (to arrange a call back from their Peer Support Line)Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/bipolaruk We're sorry but <%= htmlWebpackPlugin.options.title %> doesn't work properly without JavaScript enabled.
