Future Family Fitness run weekly Strength, Balance & Flex classes in Church Stretton. The following classes take place at the Mayfair Community Centre, every Thursday (term-time only): seated session from 12.15pm to 1.15pm; standing session from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. These are gentler paced sessions, welcoming both ladies and gentlemen in the age ranges 50s, 60s, and 70s+. Sessions cost £7.70 on a pay as go basis or £6 per class for block bookings.
