The Tai Chi Self Help Group is suitable as a form of gentle exercise for anyone but especially suitable for people with arthritis, restricted movement and older people. Tai Chi Qigong and Taijiquan are gentle stretching non-contact exercises proven to be beneficial in all aspects of maintaining good physical and mental health. Martial applications are explained, but not taught. Classes at Gobowen Scout Hut take place on Tuesday mornings from 9.30am. There is a relaxed atmosphere suitable for all ages and abilities.
