Shropshire Libraries host Healthy Lives Stop Smoking Clinics providing help and support to help anyone who wishes to stop smoking. The service offers free, confidential support from a specialist stop smoking advisor to help you quit smoking. It supports tobacco smokers aged 12 years+ living or working in the Shropshire Council area or registered with a Shropshire GP, who would like help to cease smoking. This free clinic takes place at Bridgnorth Library each Monday, between 10am and 3pm, and booking is required. At your first appointment, your advisor will explain the service, answer any questions you have and book your next stop smoking appointments with you.
