The Roy Fletcher Centre offers a range of fully accessible meeting rooms for hire in a town centre location, plus associated facilities, including: a large meeting room (up to 22 boardroom style / 35 theatre style) which can be divided into two for smaller meetings; six counselling rooms including a family / children’s room; tea/coffee can be provided for meetings at a small additional charge (they have no objection to hirers ordering buffet lunches supplied by external caterers); internet suite of seven computers for hire (fibre broadband); photocopying facilities (A4/A3 – b&w / colour and scanner facility); word processing service. Opening hours for meeting / counselling rooms: Monday and Wednesday – 9am to 8.45pm. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 9am to 5.15pm.
