The outreach housing support team is available to support vulnerable households struggling to manage or set up a tenancy and for those who require housing advice within the community. The support team aims to encourage people to develop their skills, confidence and ability to look after their tenancy and finances to live independently in their home. Support is provided to Shropshire residents through drop-in sessions, one to one visits and phone calls offering support, advice and guidance.
