The use of Forest School, outdoor learning and quality educational visits allow us to enrich the curriculum giving our children real experiences to enhance their understanding and the skills they are developing. Whixall Primary Schools Nursery welcomes children from the age of two. Our highly trained and nurturing staff ensure that children are happy , well cared for and enjoy quality experience which supports the children’s development. Due to our setting and grounds we have established outdoor learning. Whixall Primary and Nursery School offers a breakfast Club which opens at 7.30 a.m. Children are offered a choice of breakfast. This menu may vary slightly on a daily basis. After breakfast the children can then choose an activity they wish to do. After School Clubs start at 3.00 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. Children are offered a drink and snack on arriving at the club. There are a range of activities on offer from nature to cooking, arts and craft to sports and games. The cost for after school clubs is £1.50 for most activities.
