The Shropshire Community Wildlife Groups website provides information about a number of local Shropshire wildlife groups. Community Wildlife Groups bring together people interested in nature to help record wildlife of all types, so that existing populations and habitats can be conserved. They undertake survey work to establish the status of key wildlife species and their habitats, encourage and enhance local interest in wildlife, and actively promote conservation.
