STFC Foundation’s Dementia Hub offers regular support for carers and those living with Dementia, by providing a supportive space to get involved in engaging activities led by experienced wellbeing coaches. Activities include walking football, seated exercise, crafts and quizzes / brain games, supporting people physically, mentally and socially. These sessions take place in Smithy’s Bar, which is located at the old Powerleague site at Shrewsbury Town Football Club, each Tuesday from 11am to 1pm.
