We have a beautiful woodland garden and Forest School site to play in and a bright, welcoming hall where children can unwind and relax . We run an after-school clubs, parent and toddler groups and a holiday club (see separate records for these). Our after-school club runs on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday term time only. We pick up children from Reception, KS1 and KS2 at Coleham Primary School. We take a short walk to The Hermitage Centre, Belle Vue and there, the fun begins. All sessions are delivered by highly qualified staff. A lot of our time is spent outside in the woodland garden enjoying running, swinging, sliding, digging, making dens, creating art, using tools and enjoying treats around the campfire. Inside, children get opportunities to express themselves creatively and can engage in a wide range of activities, with lots of designing, drawing, tinkering, investigating, building and making. We have high adult to child ratio’s to ensure children are safe and happy. Our after school club is underpinned with science, nature and well being themes. We aim to be as inclusive as possible and work closely with families to ensure the best outcomes for all. We aim to be as inclusive as possible, so that all children attending mainstream schools can access our setting. The manager has had special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) training, worked as a SENCO in a school and also has also been trained to work with parents and families who may need additional support. Cost: £12.00 per session. We accept childcare vouchers & sibling discount is available: £11 each for two siblings, £10 each for three siblings. Pick up times are from 4.30pm and last pick up is at 6pm.
