We are a fully inclusive Nursery who provide excellent care for all children. Care, courtesy and concern are of utmost importance to our Nursery. We accept babies from six weeks old and all children who attend the Nursery are given opportunities to learn, thrive and grow through play. We have good rapport with all parents and provide excellent communication and contact. All staff are trained in Safeguarding and First Aid and provide stimulating, challenging and fun activities for the children, sharing assessments of the children’s learning with the parents. The Nursery is committed to providing equality of opportunity for all children and families according to their individual needs. We provide a secure environment in which all the children are valued can flourish. We try to cater for all languages using Makaton, books, BSL. We adopt a graduated approach with four stages of action being assess, plan, do and review which all contribute to EHCP’s. We talk and listen to the parents/carers and our SENCO will explain how children’s individual needs can be met.
