The Association of British Scrabble Players (ABSP) is a not-for-profit organisation promoting interest in the playing of Scrabble. The Association co-ordinates tournaments and organises a rating system for players in the UK, as well as providing information and support to members, tournament organisers and tournament directors. Their membership includes the best players in the country and people who enjoy tournaments mainly as social events. They also have non-tournament players who join just to receive their magazine, OnBoard, which is published every three months with many Scrabble-related articles and puzzles, as well as details of all upcoming rated tournaments. Members also receive price reductions on all rated events and are eligible to play in a members only online league. ABSP Annual Membership 2023/24 is £12.50, or £6.25 for under 18s .
