Wolf Yoga provide 1:1 sessions in the young person’s own home and with groups of young people. Special yoga includes movement, breath work and deep relaxation. Combined with mindfulness, sound rhythm, massage, and sensory integration techniques, and a lot of loving kindness, compassion, trust, and patience.
