Together4Children is the regional adoption agency for Shropshire Council, Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Telford & Wrekin Council. The partnership is a new way of delivering adoption services within the county, and offers greater choice and a better support service for both children and adopters. Through Together4Children, the four local authorities work in partnership to deliver a range of adoption services across the region, including: Recruiting and assessing adoptive families, Finding families for the children from within the region who need adoptive families, and Providing adoption support services to adopted children, their families, birth families and adopted adults.
