North Midlands and Shropshire IA (the Ileostomy and Internal Pouch Support Group) is a self-help group for people who have had their colon removed. The organisation has a large geographical area to cover between Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Stoke, Stafford, Crewe, Leek, Congleton and out to Derby. The group is supported by volunteers and qualified visitors, dedicated to providing a self help service and support to other people. They also fundraise for research as well as buying equipment for various hospitals in the area.
