Dad’s the Word Nursery provides childcare for children aged 6 months up to school age. We are an all year round setting, opening week days Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-4pm. Dad’s the Word is set in a rural location with the outdoors being our main focus. We are very lucky to have a large outdoor area, with a range of different animals and a forest school site. Here at Dad’s the Word, our team of friendly and experienced practitioners are committed to providing quality childcare within a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. We offer a range of exciting activities with a child centred approach to learning. We cater for children with a range of Special Educational Needs and or disabilities, working with parents/ carers to offer advice and support for their child. Cost information: We offer funded and non funded hours. Non-funded hours are charged at £7.95 per hour.
