Stottesdon Gateway Nursery is an integral part of Stottesdon C of E Primary School, and provides childcare for children aged 2 – 4 years old. The aim of Stottesdon Gateway Nursery is to enhance the development and education of children, primarily under statutory school age, in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. We offer age and developmentally appropriate play facilities and resources, to help children learn about what is right and wrong. Adopting and building positive relationships with children and parents/carers. We give children opportunities to be active as well as relax. We offer equal opportunities to all children regardless of their race, culture, religion or special needs. We offer 24u funding, 3 & 4 year universal 15 hours funding 15 and the extended 30 hours. We are able to accept Childcare vouchers towards payment of fees. There is also a discount of 20% to siblings on all fees. Stottesdon Gateway Nursery runs two types of session: The Nursery which is open during term time only with wraparound care also available to pre-school year children, and the holiday club which runs during the school holidays and is available to ages 2 – 11. The breakfast club is available from 7.30am till 8.45am and an afterschool is available from 3:15pm – 5:30pm.
