Quakers (Religious Society of Friends) come from all walks of life and uphold a progressive religious approach based on inward spiritual experience. Members of the Society are also often simply called Friends, and currently around 23,000 people attend nearly 475 Quaker meetings in Britain. The Quakers in Ludlow meet for worship at the Meeting House each Sunday at 10.30am, usually for an hour, and all are welcome. A children and young people’s meeting is held on some Sundays, and weekday meetings for worship are also held in Ludlow and Leominster.
