Established in 2011, Little Bears Day Care is a community-driven, charitable nursery dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for children aged 0-13 years. We’ve grown into a warm and welcoming space, featuring specialised rooms for every stage: Bear Cubs, Koala Bears, and Panda Bears. We understand the importance of early childhood education and are committed to creating a stimulating and supportive environment where every child can thrive. At Little Bears Day Care we have built strong relationships with various outside agencies over the years and work closely alongside them with our children. We are part of the integrated 2 year checks with the Health Visiting team and termly they attend site to complete checks with input from staff, parents and staff working with the child. This allows us to identify any potential additional needs and work alongside professionals to develop referrals etc if needed. In addition to our SENCo within the setting, we also have a Speech and language coordinator who works closely with children with possible delays creating tailormade plans and carrying out one to one activities aimed to develop their language further. Holiday Club: We provide care for children from reception age to 11 years. Our holiday club and after school club is located in our large hall, here at Brownlow Community Centre. We provide a wide range of activities and trips out in our local community. We have trips out/organised visit’s to local areas.
