Broseley Local History Society has an independent reference collection of relics, local artifacts, photographs and documents relating to Broseley’s social and industrial past. The Society meets at the Broseley Social Club, on the first Wednesday of each month, at 7.30pm, unless otherwise announced. Meetings deal with various aspects of local history through speakers and trips out. A newsletter is published quarterly, and a journal once a year. Links with John Wilkinson, the eighteenth century entrepreneur and ironmaster, are a special focus for the Society.
