At Holy Trinity C.E. Primary we are an inclusive school which encourages all pupils to achieve their potential, make the best possible progress, and participate in all aspects of school life regardless of their specific needs. We do this through targeted support and a range of provision. We listen to, and work with, parents and carers to ensure that you are a significant partner in planning effective provision to support your child to be happy at school, make good progress with their learning and to develop as individuals. Where it is relevant and possible, we aim to ensure that our pupils are also involved in their provision planning as this helps them understand what they are aiming for, their responsibilities as learners and gives them opportunities to share their ideas. All of our teachers are committed to providing an inclusive learning environment, adapting teaching styles and resources as necessary, to ensure that all pupils are supported to become independent learners and achieve as much as they can. Our team of teaching assistants are skilled and experienced in supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, both in and outside of the classroom, using a range of interventions to target support where it is most effective. We work closely with a range of visiting professionals with specialist expertise, who provide assessment, advice and guidance to teaching and support staff, parents and carers and, where relevant and appropriate, to pupils themselves Holy Trinity offers Wrap Around Care. Children can be dropped off from 7:30am at the demountable building, by the Nursery entrance for breakfast club where they will be provided with a breakfast. Children can use this facility after school until 5:00pm. If you would would like to reserve a place for your child please contact the office.
