The 24U scheme offers 15 hours of free early years education to eligible children. 24U is the Shropshire name for a central government initiative which seeks to fund 15 hours of free childcare for targeted disadvantaged two year old’s. The 15 hours of childcare is currently available during term time only, and 24U childcare providers should have a good or outstanding judgement from Ofsted.
