Willowdene Farm, established in 1988, is a residential rehabilitation centre for women who have suffered with drug addiction and substance misuse. Programmes run for either 7 or 12 weeks, based on individual trauma focused therapy, skills training, positive daily activities, and an individual care and recovery plan to address all relevant needs. RITE, supported by Willowdene is a social enterprise which helps individuals to transform their lives through structured activities and skills training. Referral is through a probation officer, substance misuse worker or other community agencies as a diversionary intervention from criminal justice involvement. Willowdene also offers a range of interventions on a day basis for men and women as part of their probation supervision, including in relation to personal wellbeing, employment, training and education and for women, holistic intervention for all needs.
