Tessa Durham Yoga offers pregnancy yoga classes, which are suitable from 14 weeks.These sessions will provide an asana (physical yoga) practice focussed on maintaining core strength, mobilising the body and gently stretching, as well as pranayama (breathing) practices which calm the nervous system.Classes take place at the Jenna Blair Studio, each Sunday evening from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
