Shropshire Mental Health Support host a walking group, providing a great way get out into nature, meet new people and exercise. Did you know walking just 30 minutes per day improves self perception, self esteem, mood and sleep quality plus it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue. The group meets at Calmer Cafe in Shrewsbury on Thursdays, at 1.30pm and walks will end around 2.30pm.
