Jan Phillips Fitness offers a range of fitness / exercise classes for all ages and abilities. Over 50’s Fitness / Exercise to Music classes take place on Tuesdays, from 10.30am to 11.30am at Holy Trinity Church Hall in Meole Brace. These classes do not assume lack of fitness, but do give more options and adaptations allowing for limited range of movement that may be apparent. 50’s, 60’s and 70’s music is used too.
