Jan Phillips Fitness offers a range of fitness / exercise classes for all ages and abilities. Stretch, Tone and Relax with Back Care classes take place at the Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury on Wednesday mornings, from 10am to 11am . This is a fun, informative class with no music, concentrating on posture, body awareness, back care and gentle stretching and toning with some relaxation.
