Pontesbury & Rea Valley Carers’ Group offers practical and emotional support for anyone undertaking a caring role in an unpaid capacity. It provides an opportunity for carers to meet, chat, and to share information with each other, in a relaxed and supportive setting. Carers can bring the person they care for if they are able to be in a separate space with support and do not require one-to-one care.
