Condover College are a small independent specialist college and residential care provider in the heart of Shropshire. Their programmes support learners aged 18+ who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning difficulties and additional complex needs. They provide Education, The Opportunities Programme, Care and Support including Accommodation and Short Breaks. Education: Education at Condover College’s The Grafton Centre, offers a holistic student-centred curriculum focusing on independence, functional skills and more. They are dedicated to making sure all their learners reach their potential. Care: Condover College have 13 residential homes that are nestled in communities in and around Shrewsbury. Residents receive the highest standards of care and support regardless of whether they are with us on a short break or a 52-week placement. Opportunties: The Opportunities Programme, offers a range of fun activities out in the community or at their main site, Longbow House in Shrewsbury.
