The Shrewsbury Branch of the Royal Naval Association (RNA) provides welfare support to veterans, including visits for those who are unwell or housebound. The Branch meets at Meole Brace Bowling Club on the second and last Friday of the month at 8pm, and offers a full social programme, to support the needs their members. RNA fundraisers endeavour to support the principles of their Royal Charter, by following the Royal Naval Association values of Unity, Patriotism, Loyalty and Comradeship. The RNA is open to all British Military Service personnel and veterans, and the Shrewsbury branch currently has over 60 members. Non Service people who follow our values are also welcome.
