Hope House hospice provides respite, emergency and end of life care to life limited children and young people from 0-18 and support for their families. What they do: Hope House provides home nursing, social work support, sibling support programmes, physiotherapy and music therapy. Hope House is a purpose built facility and no charge is made to families. Services are available to children and young adults who are not expected to live beyond 18 years. There bereavement support and counselling service is available to any family who been affected by the death of a baby, child or young person (up to 18 years old when they died).
