Sustain is a consortium of providers delivering consistent housing support services across Shropshire for vulnerable people of any age and including people with physical disabilities, young people’s services including homelessness and “Foyer” accommodation. Sustain Housing Support Services aim to help vulnerable people to develop the skills and experience to be able to maintain their own accommodation and live independently in the community.
